A Pictorial eBook with an Introduction by Robert Whiteside. This book contains rare, photographic, hand-colorized views from one of the huge expositions that introduced many Americans to electricity, manufacturing, Classical Architecture and world cultures for the first time. These stereo card pictures were taken by famous scenic photographers for sale directly to visitors at The Fair. We've also carefully converted some excellent B&W views into Red/Blue 3D to simulate the stereopticon stereo 3D viewers of the day.

See the historic views created by American pioneer lithographer, Nathaniel Currier and his business partner, James Ives in pre-photographic America. These lithos are some of the only images of lifestyles and events in America in the mid 19th Century.
